Jay Vincent makes it incredibly simple to get the results you have always wanted. With one or two short, intense workouts a week, I am seeing better results than I did when I was in the gym 6 days a week for hours on end.

On a side note, as a construction worker who is already more than sore enough just from work, the much lower amount of reps and sets has been incredible for my body. All gym related pain, and I had a fair amount of it in my shoulders and elbows, is 100% gone.
