I’m really enjoying each module. I find the videos and corresponding notes really suit my learning style and the quiz at the end of each module is a fantastic tool to assess my understanding. Thank you very much for the obvious hard work you’ve put into creating this course, it’s greatly appreciated.

As always, I enjoy Bill’s writings and may well benefit by actually avoiding future injuries to myself and to my clients. This alone, obviously is worth far more than the price of this course. For this reason, it is a bargain I can easily recommend. However, I was left with less than a clear understanding as to why certain things would be applied that do involve quick movements and subjecting self or clients to higher forces in the process. To Bill’s credit, the author does state that these are optional, and someone might state that my perspective is limited by …

I thought the course was very expansive. I learned more than I thought I would. Everything was very detailed and I got all the topics that I was curious about. I am really intro nutrition so I really enjoyed the Nutrition module; I thought it was very thorough. I learned a lot from that and it is a very good resource to go back to check all the vitamins and minerals, etc. It’s nice to have at the click of a finger. Obviously, I am not a nutritionist but this module gave me enough knowledge to recommend something to the …

There is everything I need in there (Master Personal Trainer course). I can’t see myself using any other resource on High Intensity Training for quite a long time. I thought it was great and I’ll be using it again and again and again. I am talking even compared to university level education. You do four years studying exercise science and you are not having the resources available the same way it’s here or as comprehensive, especially when it comes to HIT, not that I am aware of. I would give it 5 stars.

About four weeks in on using the HIT approach – I can cheerfully say that I’m over the top happy with knowing that I can get strength back, stave of Sarcopenia, and feel really good about it. This approach is very time effective and through my work insurance program, I have a very cost effective gym membership too. I thank you very much and will happily be a HIT Champion going forward! Keep up the superior work you are doing for this field!

I thought the Personal Trainer course was excellent. The online tutorials, the supporting notes, the way it was structured, the assessment process throughout the course was very good. The video lectures ticked all the boxes for me. I found them very relevant and held my interest. I have no negatives. Good value for money! Just excellent!

The course is great. It’s a great platform. We are definitely going to be using it. I am going to be hiring some new trainers for our new facility in the coming months and the CPD course is going to be a requirement for our new trainers. Love the videos, love the content, love the access to it. The way you laid it all out with the quizzes and the practical videos is a great way to round up the course. Great job!

As someone who had read Body by Science and listened to all the Corporate Warrior podcasts and was really into High Intensity Training, but had no background in Anatomy and Physiology or business and marketing, I learned a ton from the Master Personal Trainer course. I really liked that there were both videos and notes in each lesson. Watching the videos and then reading the notes really engrained the information and just having that to go back to was very helpful. I don’t think I missed more than one or two questions on the quizzes. I budgeted myself three months …

For $99, it would be tough to make this much better. I am very glad to have the detailed explanations of the exercises for reference. When I feel like I’m stuck, or something is off about an exercise, I will return to the demos for reference. I loved it and will recommend to others interested in high intensity strength training.
