As always, I enjoy Bill’s writings and may well benefit by actually avoiding future injuries to myself and to my clients. This alone, obviously is worth far more than the price of this course. For this reason, it is a bargain I can easily recommend. However, I was left with less than a clear understanding as to why certain things would be applied that do involve quick movements and subjecting self or clients to higher forces in the process. I thought the course was very expansive. I learned more than I thought I would. Everything was very detailed and I got all the topics that I was curious about. I am really intro nutrition so I really enjoyed the Nutrition module; I thought it was very thorough. There is everything I need in there (Master Personal Trainer course). I can’t see myself using any other resource on High Intensity Training for quite a long time. I thought it was great and I’ll be using it again and again and again. I am talking even compared to university level education. You do four years studying exercise science and you are not having the resources available the same way it’s here or as comprehensive, especially when it comes to HIT, not that I am aware of. I would give it 5 stars.
