This course has been an amazing experience for me! I learned in great depth the science of HIT and also how to perfectly apply it both on myself and on future clients. The course was also perfectly structured, the lessons are not too long and keep you interested until you reach the end of each. The mini exams were a very useful tool for evaluating my progress and helped me understand where my weak parts were and gave a strong feeling of achievement after you finish them. The course offered me more than I expected and I couldn’t be happier that …

Starting to do a certification in personal training at the age of 61, with only my own personal workout experience with my HITuni-certified-trainer Rick Chartrand, has me realize the safe hands I have been in and how much Rich has already passed on to me in training me. I appreciate how professional HITuni is with the training methods and enjoy being a part of a respected certified training protocol.

Jay Vincent makes it incredibly simple to get the results you have always wanted. With one or two short, intense workouts a week, I am seeing better results than I did when I was in the gym 6 days a week for hours on end. Jay gives you all the tools and knowledge you need to succeed, and leaves it in your hands to truly push yourself as hard as you can. I am the strongest I have ever been, at the lightest healthy weight I have been at in my adult life, thanks to Jay. On a side note, …

Thoroughly enjoyed the course. Very informative and the ability to return to the information is great for future reference. The interview was structured with feedback on the video and coursework which I liked. I can’t wait to start.

Today, amid the continuing, overwhelming clutter of the fitness “industry”—the online influencers, the boot camps, the infomercials, the alphabet soup of certifications, the (remaining) glossy print magazines, and the like, HITuni may be the only provider of formal education in safe, brief, effective, exercise-based weight training.

I’m really enjoying each module. I find the videos and corresponding notes really suit my learning style and the quiz at the end of each module is a fantastic tool to assess my understanding. Thank you very much for the obvious hard work you’ve put into creating this course, it’s greatly appreciated.

As always, I enjoy Bill’s writings and may well benefit by actually avoiding future injuries to myself and to my clients. This alone, obviously is worth far more than the price of this course. For this reason, it is a bargain I can easily recommend. However, I was left with less than a clear understanding as to why certain things would be applied that do involve quick movements and subjecting self or clients to higher forces in the process. To Bill’s credit, the author does state that these are optional, and someone might state that my perspective is limited by …
