The Workout Revolution is the San Fernando Valley’s premier slow-motion high-intensity strength training facility. This type of strength training, commonly referred to as SuperSlow®, Power of 10®, or Slow Burn®, is one of the safest, most effective, time efficient forms of exercise. The complete, total body workout lasts only 20 minutes and is typically done once or twice a week.
Exercise to the intensity of muscle failure (the point at which you can no longer move the weight) will thoroughly exhaust your muscle and create a stimulus to which your body must adapt. Your workouts are customized specifically for you and include nutrition suggestions (if requested) and post-exercise rest and recovery recommendations.
