Create sustainable strength with concentrated controlled movement. Our workouts are rooted in the latest evidence and require minutes of your week, not hours. We employ a personalized, one-to-one, low force, slow protocol that thoroughly and safely recruits and stimulates all three muscle fibre types (slow twitch, intermediate twitch and fast twitch) in all of the body’s major muscle groups.
The technical name for this exercise is High Intensity Training (HIT) for strength. Each session is with the guidance and encouragement of a Certified Strength Trainer, who will monitor your progress and make sure you are improving during each exercise.
