Want to gain strength and improve your health in just 60-90 minutes per week? I can help you achieve those goals while providing an exercise experience that is maximally safe. I have a strong understanding for safe and effective exercise as I have instructed over 13k sessions, have served as an Exercise Science Professor for over a decade, and earned a Doctorate in Kinesiology. If you are seeking added strength and muscle, avoiding or managing chronic health issues, working out while having joint pain, or want to achieve sustainable weight loss, then I’m your guy! Price per session:
Sessions are 30 minutes long and range from $45-54 USD, depending on the package that is purchased.
