Bill DeSimone’s studio and home of the Joint-Friendly Fitness Project. The Project is personal training, books and media, and an internship for Exercise Science majors.

Bill is the author of Joint-Friendly Fitness on Amazon. Since 1998 he has created and provided content for books, seminars, and podcasts on the topic of using biomechanics to protect your joints during exercise; including MOMENT ARM EXERCISE, CONGRUENT EXERCISE, and FUNCTIONAL TRAINING FOR HIT (course for HITuni).
