Master HIT Personal Trainer Course
This course is absolutely brilliant. It is a long time (20 years) since I have been involved in resistance training and things have moved on substantially. This course is thorough, consistent and hugely detailed. It is so interesting and engaging that you will be rewarded in each and every section. The course will fully equip you to work with clients – even your first sessions will see you knowledgeable and confident. The website is a wonder – with all the material at your fingertips I found it easy to be fully focused in my study. I am looking forward to undertaking the other courses soon. Like anything though, you get out of it what you put into it, and perhaps the best thing is that you are able to use the website as resource long after you have finished the course.
